Homecoming 2020

Homecoming is fast approaching, and it’s time for students to show their school spirit. While the school can’t have as many of our normal activities, it doesn’t mean students can’t have a great Homecoming this year.

Here are the themes for the Spirit Week:

Monday, September 28th

Destination: Let’s head to your favorite sporting event. Wear your favorite sports jersey.

– Best dressed contest for each grade level. Send your picture to Mrs. Harriman
– Photo contest of your driveway art kicking off Homecoming Week – must be a picture of you in your own driveway
– JV-VAR Softball Homecoming game vs. Weeping Water 4:30/6pm

Tuesday, September 29th

Destination: Heading to Vegas today. Time to get out your favorite neon for Neon Day.

– Best dressed contest for each grade level
– Mask Break Challenge – Cornhole Competition
– R-JV-VAR VB Homecoming game vs. Nebraska City 5/6/7pm

Wednesday, September 30th

Destination: Time to head down south to the Lone Star state. Don your best western apparel.

– Best dressed contest for each grade level
– 1st Round of Dodgeball Tournament; Mask Break Challenge – Mind Bender
– Reverse Homecoming Parade, Fairgrounds 7pm

Thursday, October 1st

Destination: Let’s head back in time. Scour your parents’ closet for Throwback Day.

– Best dressed contest for each grade level
– 2nd Round of Dodgeball Tournament

Friday, October 2nd

Destination: Show your PHS spirit and wear your class t-shirts.

– Best dressed contest for each grade level.
– Virtual Pep Rally beginning of 2nd Period Championship Round of Dodgeball Tournament
– Homecoming Football Game vs. Raymond Central 7pm
