In loving memory of Jerry “Ozzie” Osborn, the 8th Annual Ozzie Memorial Scramble will take place September 20th, 2020 at the Tregaron Golf Course. The Ozzie Memorial Scramble is a golf tournament in honor of Jerry “Ozzie” Osborn, who passed away in 2012. The event was started by the Thayer family in his honor.

Any team of 4 can sign up to participate. With the cost of $80, participants will be able to play 18 holes of golf and they will receive a steak dinner.

“The money we raise from this tournament provides a $1000 scholarship for a Platteview student going into education or coaching,” Mrs. Thayer said. “Last year the recipient was Braden Johnson.”

Applications are due by Friday, September 4th.
