This year Platteview High School participated in its first year of United Sports Club. United Sports provides students of all levels and abilities opportunities to be active and play organized sports. “I couldn’t do Football this year, but this gives me a way to keep playing a game I love,” said Senior Chase Wienk.  

Platteview Flag Football United Sports Club competed on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021, at the Papillion Landing Tournament. This was their first game of the season. Platteview won 3rd place. Many of their players scored a touchdown throughout the competition. “The best moment for me was when we won against Millard West Class 1A,” said freshman Aubrey White.

This performance was a great start for the Platteview United Sports team; however, PHS will also participate in United Soccer and Track later in the school year.
