Careerockit to Rock High School Careers

This is a reminder for PHS students need to sign up for three career presentation sessions of their choosing for the Careerockit event on Feb. 15, 2018. Below is the session list as it currently stands.
Students should review the sessions and pick three to attend. Mr. Stanton sent out a Survey Monkey via email to all students for them to sign up for sessions. Mr. Stanton commented, “First come, first served! Each session will be capped in order to keep groups smaller and spread students out among the sessions.”
The Careerockit is an event coordinated by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce designed to connect businesses and high school students using educators as the “matchmakers.” Careerockit defines its program on its website as a “partnership with countless community partners to connect students and young adults with opportunities to move along the learning pipeline, gain applicable knowledge and build excitement for growing career options.”
