The Platteview seniors have made many memories throughout their time at Platteview. Many of these are founded in trips, classroom activities, and extra curriculars from the 2025-2026 school year.
Tucker Riha expressed that the Ophelia field trip was his favorite because he was “able to sit with my friends while getting to watch the movie.”
Another favorite field trip was Outdoor Education. Iasbel Bowen expressed that she enjoyed Outdoor Ed because “I got to be around my little brother, and I got to be in a different group and environment. It was a memorable trip to finish up my senior year.”
Advisories and dances were also popular moments for seniors. Nick Clark mentioned that Homecoming was his favorite event of this year: “This was my last homecoming, and I was on court this year and nothing beats playing a football homecoming game.”
Another popular event was Prom. Braxton Budler expressed, “Prom was my favorite because of the fun memoriesI was able to create.” Casey Gray said his favorite moment was “when Mrs. Starks came back during second semester, and we had a chance to have a party with her.”
Platteview has an array of sports and activities that create many memorable moments and memories. Anthony Rausch plays soccer and said one specific game stuck out to him: “We went to York for a tournament and won both games.”
Blake Hibbits has also mentioned that Trap made it possible to make many memories. He stated that “it is my favorite activity because I get to do it with a great group of people.”
Maren Ferguson expressed that One Act was one of her favorite activities. She stated, “The District competition was my favorite because we got the Best Tech award, and I got to watch my friend Estelle Redlightning accept the award.”
