As the Class of 2026 approaches graduation, seniors reflect on the memories, friendships, and experiences that made their final year of high school unforgettable – from everyday moments with their friends to special events.
“My favorite thing about senior year was having all of my classes with my best friend, Reese Lingle,” said Savannah Alloway, highlighting how even the routine parts of the day can become special when shared with close friends.
William Watson recalled one of his favorite memories: “shaving my head for five dollars.” Moments like these brought laughter and added unique experiences that defined the year.
Others, such as Erin Wyss, she enjoyed the extracurricular activities: “I really enjoyed performing One Act one last time at Districts, setting Ashland’s smoke alarms off with our fog machine, and winning first place for tech.”
Layla Fleming noted, “My favorite memory was the first senior skip day because we all got together to have breakfast, and it was really fun. I also liked after prom because of all the activities,” Blake Hawkins said,“Playing senior assassin with my friends, was one of my favorite things.” And Kaden Epp recalled, “I enjoyed the food class with my friends, Jordan and Riley.”
